Happy Thursday readers, I am not usually one to blog two days in a week but I think that adding some new content into my blog will encourage me to do so.

I have recently joined tumblr, and after getting over my 'newbie confusion' started to enjoy it quite a lot. I quite like photography, hand written notes of inspiration and illustration which are three things you get a lot on tumblr.

These are my favourites from this week and will try as much as I can to show you my favourite tumblr findings each week.

wednesday wishes

I have realised that I have done little fashion content in my blog recently and it is safe to say that I should probably get down to doing so. I quite like varying the content in my blog to go with the name of the blog- if only I wasn't that young when I came up with the name, it  wouldn't be so embarrassing now...

Seeing as it's Wednesday, a day which always gets me down as we a neither at the beginning or end of the week; I thought I'd do a Wednesday wish list and will probably do this if people like it.
The sun should be emerging from it's hiding place, yet is refusing to so all I can do is to dream of it and the clothes that come with it which i love these shorts. Which is your favourite?

Advertising on FDI

There are millions of fashion bloggers around and about and you have to admit it's hard to get yourself out there; sometimes you need to get yourself out there. I've always liked the idea of getting other people involved in your blog and I have thought of a few ways of you guys to get involved with mine:

send your buttons
If you would like to advertise your blog send in your button like the one on the side to get your blog noticed a bit more. If you don't have one you could send in a picture of you or the name of your blog/logo and I can link it to your website.

show me your style
If you are interested in showing my blog followers your style and answering some questions about what your style means to you just email me at: thewayyoudressit (at) gmail (.com)

If you would love to do a guest post on my blog, I would love to hear from you! Guest writing could involve just emailing me an article you wrote or something you would normally do on your blog but here.

It feels like I have not blogged in a long time! Anyway, I don't want to make blogging seem like a chore but I will get back into it.

Shoes Shoes! - New Look Wishes

Right now my latest obsession has to be shoes, although not everything that is up there is quite my cup of tea,  I like to make sure that there is something for everybody. The military boots go well with a leather jacket, which is quite in right now. Also the boots above would fit right in with the monochrome trend. I picked out the leopard print cowboy boot as it reminded me of the ever so popular Jefferey Campbell's that I have been seeing around. And last but not least, the pair of suede flats... everyone needs a pair of super comfy yet stylish flats?
My favourite has to be the studded boots... What's yours?

Macaroons

I always get hungry when I'm bored. I'm probably not even hungry but just say I am, but one sanck I would love to eat has to be macaroons. I am yet to make them  myself but if you would like to try it out click the link here to do so!

Music is the energy

Hi guys!,
How has your week been? For me it's been a week of laziness so much that I couldn't even be bothered to get up and watch a movie. Is it only me who gets the feeling of not wanting to do absolutely anything? However, I always have time to listen to music (if the headphones are near to my bed) and lately I can't help humming along to this particular tune. Quite sorrowful I know, but you always need a song that you can list to whilst doing some work.
