Summer look series

It's been way too long since I have done one of my 'series' which I know where a favourite on my blog. I haven't done one since winter when it was time to throw away all the old summer clothes and stoking up on jackets and jumpers. It's that time of the year again when we all stock up new clothes ready to face the sun which is finally coming out.
I have had a stroll on the topshop website which is one my favourite things to do and found some staple items to put together for a new summer wardrobe.

Item 1: shorts: It's definitely that time of the year when everyone wants to show off a bit of leg and I love the cute pattern on these shorts. Although they do look a bit like they should be for bed time, I think it look fun and quirky. It's high waist line gives it a sort of smart look as well.
Item 2: crop cami: I love this top, I love this light violet colour and the floaty look of it, which is great for a hot summer's day. The colours also go well with the shorts and together they make a great 'smart casual look'
Item 3: Sandals: I really love these sandals! The two pastel colours look so great together and this mint green like colour is fast becoming my favourite colour. I have seen some really cool sandals out and about and I love this sort of old style look it has.
Item 4: Midi rings: I really love the look of midi rings and the whole idea of finding more place son our fingers to fit jewellery. The studs on the second ring are so cute and kind of change up the girly summer like look.

What do you think of the outfit? My favourite piece has got to be the sandals because you can change them up with almost everything during the summer season.

In love with...

 Hey guys,
I am finally free from exams and the stress, however I am really hoping that I do not fail my maths test which I do not think went too well.
It's nice to finally get settled down back into blogging and what better way than to start of talking about this necklace. I borrowed it from my sister and I have no idea where she got it from and I think that it looks really cool. I do not have a picture of it in big, however, I love the details with the five gems and the heaviness of it. I wore it to a wedding with some really nice short and shirt which I really loved and I though they worked really well together. What do you think?

I am also doing a tumblr post this week I say been recently active on tumblr in between breaks and have a lot of cool pictures that I would like to show you.

Being a student is hectic, you never get enough time to do extra activities, sometimes whilst completing task, I am able to squeeze in a couple of songs to listen to which is why I have more songs  to show you than fashion lately.
I can't wait for the summer holidays in which I can relax and bring all my focus on the blog.

To this day project

Hello guys!
I'm not quite sure how long I have been missing in action but I can only blame it on the struggles that come with going to school, by that I mean revising, keeping up with work etc. However, now my exams are finished (for now), I am all yours! Though I don't think I was very successful
Speaking of troubles in school I was thinking about the struggles that a lot of children face when going to school- bullying. Everyone knows that bullying goes on in schools yet I  feel that no one does anything about it. no one really understands what it's like to be bullied and it's easy just to say, 'stand up to the bully!', but I'm sure if you were in the same situation you would not feel the same way.
A few months ago I came across the video on youtube and I just loved it. It sums up all the things about bullying, the different types and the after affects  and I think that everyone should watch this video.
This man is an amazing poet and I really love a lot of his work (and his voice!)
