Mollie King- Style Icon?

It's been a long time since I have done style icon of the month. I usually pick style icons from celebrities but there has not been anyone who has really stood out to me lately. I have never really been a big fan of The Saturdays but I have actually been  quite enjoying the music that they have been putting out lately.
Mollie King, one of the members of the group, appears to have been in the papers more than the other members of her group and has recently been appointed as a new model for the store Next.
I don't know about you but I think this picture is amazing; I love the  shoes and playsuit I think that they work so well together. Not only that but she has put her own collection together which has some really good items in it.
I would never really expect her to be branded as a style icon but Mollie appears to be storming her way into the industry.

Lustful lists

As a student, I do not have the money to spend on loads of pretty nice things, after all, I have only five pounds to my name at the moment. That does not at all stop me from wanting all these pretty things that I find on the internet when having a little innocent look at what's available as I sigh wishing I was the daughter of a famous celebrity or something.
It has become somewhat of a ritual of my blog to gather up my wishes according to the season. Now that we are starting to gradually pack away our skirts, crop tops  and sandals and swapping them for knits, hats and coats, I thought this would be a chance to share with you my amazing finds that you may be able to purchase.
1 large coats- I found this coat on Topshop and I just LOVE the print
2/3 bags- from zara- Latley I have found that zara have the best bags, they look so great, classy and I especially think that the second one goes with the jacket really well... print on print?

To society!

mmm... my first love

On a more serious note I was think about starting a small  group thing on page link on my blog for those who need advice and comfort from the cruel world that is called bullying. Do you think this a good idea? This is a fashion blog but you're never too young to make a difference...

Blogging break

Hey guys!
Well I have been away from blogging for what seems like weeks due to a load of school work and the fact that I generally needed the break. I was just thinking about scrolling down my reading list and seeing all of these amazing bloggers who have come so far in a short space of time. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love my little slice of the internet but I feel like their are so many bloggers and they are all so much better then mine.
However, now I feel as if I have finally cracked it- those who do well in blogging don't focus on just their followers, they make their content the best as they can be and that's what makes them do well. Although I don't have as much resources as the average blogger, there is still so much you can do to improve as a blogger.
So more interesting and original content coming from me!

BLOGGERS I LOVE TAG

Sorry for being MIA but the new school year has started and I have also started to get bloggers block. I couldn't think of anything to write about and share with you but I thought that I might share with you my favourite bloggers.

Rhiannon Ashlee from FashionRocksMy Socks
I first found out about Rhiannon from YouTube whilst being bored and finding my way to her channel. Through then I found her blog which Had just started at the time and with my blog also just starting at the time I though "Woah this is so much better than mine" This has proven to be true as her blog has now grown winning awards and gaining new followers every. I really enjoy reading her blog as it has a sort of high street fashion feel to it

Stephanie Huang from High Stitched Voice
I first found out Stephanie's  blog through chictopia (I think). This was at a point when I had just started my blog and I was unaware of the fact that their was a whole circle of other people who were interested in the same stuff as me and are sharing their interests in the same way that I was. I really enjoy reading Stephanie's blog and enjoy her different sense of style.

Who are your favourite bloggers? If you are interested in joining in joining in the tag that I made up please just leave your blog links below!

STYLE STALK

This week has been one of those weeks when you just feel like nothing is going your way. I got some of my results back this week and for how much I revised they did not live up to my expectations. I see other people who didn't even revise or put not effort in succeed and get treated by their parents and it... pisses me off. SOMEBODY TELL WHAT UP WITH THAT?
One thing that always makes me feel better is a bit of retail therapy and if any of you have read my earlier blog post you will know that I give all my upmost respect to Sophia Amoroso creator of Nasty Gal. She has been something out of nothing and has done it well. When ever I go on the website to check out (stalk) clothes I can not afford as a student I am never disappointed to see what they have in store. Now they have there own shoe collection 'shoe cult' which I have to say is impressive. There isn't one pair of shoes I wouldn't wear. These Chelsea boots are definitely my favourite pair of shoes with there quirky take on the classic boot with the clear panel and the pointed edge. What's not to like?
Just talking about shoes makes me feel better, I can now get over the disappointment and failure that is my life.

New tunes- Tom Odell

Hi guys,
It feels like such a long time I have blogged.. maybe it's just bloggers block. I have been thinking did about doing a haul as I recently did a 'spot' of shopping. Until then, I just have to share Tom Odell's new song which I just really loved when I heard it yesterday.
The video is so cute, although I find it most distressing that I shall never look like that girl in the video... I'll get over it.
