Summer look #4- White pepper dresses

Ever since I found out about the white pepper as a company whilst browsing the pages of chictopia, I have become quite a big fan of their clothes and collections.
Although designer's have started to bring out their Autumn collections for this year, I feel as if their is a slight sense of summer left in these items. I really love these items and feel like they really reflect the summer look.
1. Back open check midi dress: I love this dress! I feel as if it would be really great to wear on a dinner date but could also be dressed down.
2. polka dot dress: great for a dress down look this summer, would definitely wear to a picnic or to an outing with friends.
3. Angel dress: I love the checked pattern of this dress, a cute design... where would you wear this to?

I hope you are all enjoying the summer look series, a great way to build your wardrobe up, however the good weather seems to be slowly slipping away from us over in England, we shall have to wait and see...

summer look #3

I am so excited because finally the holidays have started for me! I can now spend time on my blog like I have wanted to do so badly this year but never got the chance.
I am carrying on with the summer look series because I'm getting some positive feedback from it which is always nice.
If you have been following this blog you will know that I am fast becoming a fan of shoes and can talk all day about how much I love them.

I have now found my latest love this summer. The Coltrane cut out Jeffrey Campbell boot. I have never been much of a fan of the Lita or really found a pair of JC's which I really like but when I saw these, I definetley thought they were the one's.
Your probably thinking, boots in the summer? But, the fact that it as a large cut out makes it easier to wear in the hot weather that London has been so kind as to provide us with.
I would wear these with skater dresses, skater skirts, denim shorts or even more formal shorts to dress it up a little.
What do you think of the Coltrane cut out? Yay or nay?

Summer look #2

Right now in my life it seems that nothing is going well for me and it is extremely depressing. I have taken to my little slice in the internet to escape from it as it is the only thing that I am not completely failing at right now, except for finishing up the slice of cake beside me.
I find tat shopping really releases everything that make you feel depressed and makes it all better and when I saw these shoes whilst looking through the Topshop website, (I promise I don't just stare at Topshop clothes all day), I was reassured that my theory was correct. Although I feel a little bit saddened right now, I just love the velvet material and the block heel teamed together with the T bar making it that bit more summer appropriate. I can just imagine it teamed with a skater dress, skirt or a pair of skinnies. What would you team it with?
I shall leave you now with some songs which have been stuck inside my head as I await the summer holidays which draw closer to me by the day.

Summer look series

It's been way too long since I have done one of my 'series' which I know where a favourite on my blog. I haven't done one since winter when it was time to throw away all the old summer clothes and stoking up on jackets and jumpers. It's that time of the year again when we all stock up new clothes ready to face the sun which is finally coming out.
I have had a stroll on the topshop website which is one my favourite things to do and found some staple items to put together for a new summer wardrobe.
Item 1: shorts: It's definitely that time of the year when everyone wants to show off a bit of leg and I love the cute pattern on these shorts. Although they do look a bit like they should be for bed time, I think it look fun and quirky. It's high waist line gives it a sort of smart look as well.
Item 2: crop cami: I love this top, I love this light violet colour and the floaty look of it, which is great for a hot summer's day. The colours also go well with the shorts and together they make a great 'smart casual look'
Item 3: Sandals: I really love these sandals! The two pastel colours look so great together and this mint green like colour is fast becoming my favourite colour. I have seen some really cool sandals out and about and I love this sort of old style look it has.
Item 4: Midi rings: I really love the look of midi rings and the whole idea of finding more place son our fingers to fit jewellery. The studs on the second ring are so cute and kind of change up the girly summer like look.

What do you think of the outfit? My favourite piece has got to be the sandals because you can change them up with almost everything during the summer season.
